1. About. 

MystiCube GY (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates as a retailer of physical products including cubes, cube accessories, cube lubricants and mystery cube crates. We are based in Guyana. All sales are subject to these Terms & Conditions. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any cube brand. Product names, logos, and images belong to their respective owners/brands and are used for illustrative and resale purposes only.

2. Acceptance of Terms.

By placing an order or using our services, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

• You accept these terms in full.

3. Orders & Payment.

a. Placing Orders.

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase products subject to availability and price at the time of order.

b. Payment.

We accept payments through the payment methods mentioned in Payment & Delivery. You warrant that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method (MMG, in this case).

c. Order Confirmation.

Once you submit your order (via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram), we will respond as soon as we can with details on your order. This confirms receipt, it’s not acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we either dispatch the item or notify you that the product is ready for pickup.

4. Prices & Changes.

Product prices are shown in Guyanese Dollars (GYD) and do include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before order confirmation.

5. Product Availability.

All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

6. Return & Refund Disclosures.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy governs all returns and refunds. By placing an order, you agree to that policy as part of these Terms & Conditions. Please review it carefully.

7. “As-Is” Sales & Product Descriptions.

Unless otherwise stated, all products are sold “as-is” with no warranty beyond industry standard quality assurances. While we aim for accurate product descriptions and images, minor differences (colour, design, packaging) may occur. We are not responsible for such variances.

8. Changes to Terms.

We may update these Terms as needed. You are responsible for checking updates. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
