POLICY
1. Defective Items Only.
We accept returns only if an item is defective or significantly damaged upon delivery/pickup.
• You must report the defect within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• Your report must include clear proof (photo/video) of the defect so we can assess it.
👉 Items that are not defective (e.g., don’t match preference, opened, or “changed mind”) are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Mystery Crates/Opened Boxes.
• Mystery crates or mystery cube boxes once opened are final sale.
• Because crate contents are random and meant to be a surprise, opened crates cannot be returned or refunded.
3. Refunds for Defective Items.
If a return is approved for a defective product:
• You may receive a replacement item of equal value, or
• A refund of 85% of product cost will be sent back to you via your original payment method once the returned item is inspected and confirmed defective.
Important:
• Refunds generally are processed within 6-7 business days of inspection.
• Delivery/shipping costs you paid originally are not refundable unless the defect was our error.
4. How to Initiate a Return.
To request a return for a defective item:
WhatsApp us at +592 676-3963 with your order number and defect proof (photos/videos).
We’ll review and respond with return instructions.
Returns must include the product’s original packaging and materials.
5. Proof of Purchase Required.
You must provide a valid order number, receipt, or confirmation message for any return to be processed. Returns without proof of purchase may be denied.
